Portugal Golden Visa Program

The Portuguese Golden Visa allows non-EU citizens to obtain residency through investment — most commonly by buying real estate. After 5 years, investors may apply for permanent residency or citizenship.

How to Apply

• Choose a qualifying real estate investment (usually €280k–€500k+)
• Gather required documents (passport, proof of funds, clean record)
• Submit application to SEF and complete biometrics appointment
• Maintain investment and renew residency every 2 years
